Live-in Locality Manager (Live-in Care - Maternity Cover)

Location: South & South West

Salary information: £34,000 per annum (25 days holiday plus 8 days bank holidays, 5% employer pension contribution, Employee Assistance Programme, Access to discounts)

An opportunity has arisen for a Live-in Locality Manager to join Noble Live-in Care for a period of maternity cover. You will have your own patch to manage in the South & South West. You will be working along side the Operational & Service Care Manager being responsible for the smooth, efficient and profitable day to day management of the Live-In service in your area and provide management, guidance and support to all Live-In Carers and customers.

It is essential to have the following:

  • Knowledge of care delivery and working within CQC requirements
  • Full UK driving licence with access to your own Vehicle
  • Excellent customer service knowledge
  • People management or team leading experience
  • Have a real passion for the care industry
  • Previous Care experience within a management role
  • Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Identify any areas of opportunity to improve the development and performance of your area to retain and grow the service
  • Plan and attend customer visits on a regular basis to ensure communication and service standards are being maintained
  • To maximise the profitable growth of your area by achieving challenging and realistic KPI’s and targets that improve the growth of your area
  • Pro-actively support and manage Live In Cares and customers to your region to retain staff and customers
  • To ensure the compliance and quality for all Live-In Customers is met in line with CQC standards and legislative requirements. Lead and manage on any areas of performance and take action to improve where required
